The Global Audiovisual Joint Stock Company (AVG) has agreed to sponsor the national U23 and the women’s football team at the 25th Sea Games in Laos.
Under the sponsorship contract signed a few days before the opening of the Sea Games, VND1 billion will be given to the U23 team and VND500 million to the women’s team.
AVG pledged an award of US$200,000 for U23 team championship and US$100,000 for a second place finish. The women’s team will receive VND2 billion if they win the championship and VND1 billion if they finish second.
The U23 team will play Thailand in its opening game on December 2nd while the women’s team will meet the Malaysian team on December 6th.
