Gold prices just a shade under VND24.5 million/tael
The domestic gold prices on November 11 surged by VND430,000/tael to hover near a new peak of 24.5 million/tael.  

Gold prices continued fluctuating between VND24.445 million and VND24.455 million/tael at the opening of the trading session on November 4, up by 450.000/tael compared to the previous evening.

At 11.00 the same day, Rong Vang Thang Long gold was bought at VND24.39 million and sold at VND24.49 million/tael and SJC gold transacted at VND24.4 million – VND24.49 million/tael.

Domestic gold has increased by VND600,000/tael in the last two trading sessions after the global price rose by 3.3 percent to hit a record of US$1,088/ounce on the night of November 3.
