The Prime Minister has issued a decree that will assist small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Government will provide the finance to upgrade the technological capacity of businesses so they can expand their markets. They will also target training human resources and creating better conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises to grow and supply better public services.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment will help the Government to establish a promotion centre to help small and medium-sized enterprises put funding programmes into effect.
Provincial people’s committees have the responsibility for guidance the development of small and medium-sized enterprises at local levels and help them when they hit snags.
The decree will be put into effect from August 20.
