Indochina Plaza Hanoi inaugurated
The Indochina Plaza Hanoi building, invested by Indochina Capital, began operations on November 21.  

The building, with a total capital of US$150 million, is located on a 1.6 hectare site at the intersection of Xuan Thuy Road and Pham Van Dong and Pham Hung streets in the Cau Giay dictrict of Hanoi.

The project was planned together with neighbouring infrastructure system to connect it with the city centre.

Indochina Plaza Hanoi includes two towers of 31-35 floors each with 390 luxury apartments of different sizes, an office block with 18,000 square meters of Grade A office facilities and a four-storey retail area offering 30,000 square meters of retail space.

The complex also offers residents a host of facilities including a clubhouse, fitness center, spa and rooftop landscaped gardens with two outdoor swimming-pools.
