Vietnam looks for int’l cooperation in dental care
Vietnam wishes to boost international cooperation in odonto-stomatology to catch up with advanced technologies now being used in the field, especially in community dental care.

State President Nguyen Minh Triet expressed wishes in Hanoi on November 25 while receiving local and foreign delegates to the international odonto-stomatology conference and the 7th international dental exhibition.

President Triet said that he wants foreign doctors and specialists to share their experiences in preventing and treating dental and oral diseases with Vietnam and help Vietnam to draw up policies in this area.

He instructed Vietnamese doctors and specialists to try their best to learn how to use the new technologies in the field to give the public a better service. He also used the occasion to thank the foreign and overseas Vietnamese specialists for their support and assistance to Vietnam in the care and treatment of odonto-stomatological diseases.
